These terms govern your use of stonesaudio.com and any software you purchase from us. By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
By accessing or using stonesaudio.com, or by purchasing any software product from Stones Audio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this requirement.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of stonesaudio.com, and to all Stones Audio software products including ANVIL and FETCH.
Upon completing a purchase and receiving your license key, Stones Audio grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to install and use the purchased software on one (1) machine that you personally own or control.
This license permits you to use the software in both personal and commercial contexts, including:
The license granted in Section 02 is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
Violation of any restriction may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund.
Each license is valid for one machine (one seat). Activation is managed through Lemon Squeezy and tied to your purchase email address.
Initial activation requires a one-time internet connection. During this step, the software sends your license key to Lemon Squeezy to confirm it is valid and has not exceeded its activation limit. No hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, CPU IDs, or similar hardware identifiers are collected or transmitted during this process.
After successful activation, the software operates fully offline — it does not perform ongoing license checks, contact any server during normal use, or require an internet connection to run. A local activation record is stored on your device to verify the license while offline. Do not remove, modify, or tamper with this record, as doing so may cause the software to deactivate or stop functioning.
To transfer your license to a new machine — for example, after replacing or upgrading your computer — contact support@stonesaudio.com. Transfers are handled manually and granted at our discretion for legitimate hardware changes.
Stones Audio retains all intellectual property rights in and to the software, including all underlying code, audio assets, presets, graphics, branding, and documentation. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software — it does not transfer ownership of the software or any of its components.
All content on stonesaudio.com — including text, images, design, and code — is the property of Stones Audio and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding Stones Audio products may be used by Stones Audio freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
All transactions on stonesaudio.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy.
All prices are listed in USD. Stones Audio reserves the right to change product pricing at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
For information on refunds and returns, refer to our Refund Policy. All sales are final once a license key is delivered or a download is initiated.
