ANVIL
16-Pad Drum Sampler. Built for precision, independent signal chains, neural amp modeling, round-robin pad layers, and cross-pad triggering. Standalone now records your take and exports a finished stem, no DAW required.
New in v1.1.0: Recording & Export
Every pad. Every chain.
Total control.
Pad Engine
16 velocity-sensitive pads with fully independent signal chains. Per-pad sample loading via drag-and-drop or browser.
Per-Pad Signal Chain
Volume · Pitch · Balance. Low-pass and high-pass filters with cutoff knobs on every single pad, independently.
4-Band Parametric EQ
Interactive frequency visualizer per pad. Sculpt each sound independently before it hits the output.
ADHR Envelope
Attack · Decay · Hold · Release per pad. Full envelope control for every sample, every hit, every layer.
Kit System
Save and load complete drum kits as presets. Automatic missing sample detection and relocation when moving projects.
MIDI Mapping
Per-pad note assignment with MIDI Learn. Default layout matches standard MPC/Maschine controller layouts.
Multi-Output Routing
8 stereo output buses, Main + Aux 1–7. Route each pad to its own DAW mixer track for individual processing.
Recording & Export
Record your take in Standalone and export it as WAV or FLAC. Count-in or first-hit start, built-in metronome, automatic silence trim.
Cross-Pad Triggering.
Layer hits. Keep control.
Pad Linking lets you assign one pad to simultaneously trigger another. Each pad keeps its own sample, volume, pitch, EQ, and effects chain, they fire together but stay independently mixable in your DAW.
One trigger. Both pads fire on the same instant, then each bus decays on its own.
This is different from velocity layering. Pad linking creates two simultaneously triggered, independently mixable sources, not one pad choosing between samples.
Neural Amp Modeling.
Per pad or global.
Load any .nam model file directly into ANVIL. Run individual pads through a NAM model for per-sound amp character, or apply a single model to the entire master bus after all pads sum.
Built around the session,
not around the sale.
