Stones Audio sells perpetual software licenses. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once access is granted. This page details the limited circumstances under which a refund may be considered.
Due to the nature of digital software, all purchases from stonesaudio.com are final once access to the product has been granted. Once a license key is issued or a download link is activated, the product cannot be returned.
Refunds are considered only in the two limited circumstances described in Section 04. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Stones Audio and are final.
